Choose one unit, for ice cream, for hot food or fresh food (drinks, macarons, etc.)

first possibility: ice cream unit

There are two modes of refrigeration:

1. refrigeration with Eutectics slabs (solution II)
A light and inexpensive solution, ideal for events or receptions

The positive cooling slabs (for drinks, sandwiches, salads etc.) or negative cooling
plates (for ice cream, granite etc.) are cooled in the freezer and placed directly in the trays.

2. refrigeration with Eutectic trays (solution III)
Allows for a constant cooling.
The unit is powered by electricity or in autonomy (lasts up to 6 hours)

Two programs are possible with the positive cooling trays (for drinks, salads etc. or negative cooling trays (for ice cream, granite etc.)
1. electric program: the tray is electrically cooled.
2. autonomy program: once the tray is electrically cooled, the unit can be switched off and can be run without power.

second possibility: Hot food unit

within this space,

you can add:

1. isotermic space for 2 GN 1/3

2. dispenser, on measure

3. gaz and electric plugin

4. water washing with clean/dirty changer

third possibility: fresh food

temperature stay within 0 to 10 degrees (can be regulated)
